Hi you archived one of the mailboxes associated to my plusnet account yesterday, it begins with 'C'
Please could you unarchive the contents for this mailbox as there are some recent messages in there that are very important.

Hi, Still have nothing back. Only an email saying I'm using 23??MB of space, when I cant see any emails from before 26th October

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues accessing the mailbox. I can see that the team did pick up the request to unarchive the mail - are you accessing the mailbox via a mail client, like Outlook, or online via the webmail portal?
