Are Plusnet mail servers blacklisted?

@Fixxxer -  I'm not fully savvy with that sort of stuff as the blacklists aren't managed by Plusnet and I'm not sure how far just asking them to remove us from their list will go but it seems to be impacting things so I'll try and get this raised up. Ideally to raise a task I'll need email headers from the last 24 hours, have you got any to hand to hand?

The "Internet Headers" box is empty under File > Properties.  I get this error

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

      'kerry.foster.kj59' on 20/05/2023 16:24

            Server error: '550 <xxxxx.xxxxxx.kj59@gmail.com> recipient rejected - relay denied'

It’s unusual for a large organisation to rely on one blacklist.

I've been getting the same problem a lot in the past few days.

@Champnet My problem could be related to the sending of email via GMail using Alias and relay.force9.net, no matter what settings I use when recreating an account I can't connect to server relay.force9.net. I've checked blacklists again and found that avasout-peh-002.plus.net is listed now listed 3x. If I try Telnet to relay.force9.net 587 it results in  220 avasout-peh-002 smtp relay.force9.net Connection to host lost. All I know is I went from using GMail send as Alias function without issue to getting failures overnight and as avasout-peh-002.plus.net is blacklisted so I've added 1 + 1 and seem to have gotten 11.

@Fixxxer  Not a feature I’d use but it seems to be up and running.

The telnet command is just timing out, at the 220 prompt continue with Helo f9.co.uk
