Cheers, @Champnet  - so it is the 'Squarespace' IP at the root of it, then?

It's not blocked by the OpenDNS filters

@kerrywhee As I interpret the data in the link given by @Champnet  in post #42, you need to contact Squarespace and ask them why they have apparently allowed abusive content  to be hosted. It maybe a good idea to give them the link contained in that post.

@kerrywhee - and these reports are recent? I'm struggling to understand how other customers are seeing this block whereas I'm not when I try Huh
Could the categorisation have been corrected over recent days?

Good point, @bobpullen , although I would have thought @Champnet 's data in post #42 is current?

Re: PlusNet are categorising my website as adult content and need to unblock it

@jab1  Zvelo was the only site I could find reporting the category as Porn. it has now been changed to Marketing Services. @pjmarsh reported a problem yesterday, let’s see if he still has the same problem today.

@dvorak yesterday I tried over 3 dozen different DNS servers, including openDNS, none of them stopped me getting to the site. The only problem I had was accessing Plusnet’s second Safeguard server but I think that’s an authorisation problem with my account as I don’t use the service.

@Champnet Thanks for the update - the OPs potential customers should no longer have the problem then.

Thanks all, I’ll go back to the half dozen people who had problems accessing first time round and see if they have trouble now.

It's still the same for me on my work connection, using zScaler

Edit: Something has changed though.  Using this, yesterday it showed as Porn, but now its showing as "Miscellaneous or Unknown", so it might just be my organisation's IT department being slow, which isn't unusual!  That would be about 9000 UK based people.

@kerrywhee, I've just refreshed the blocked page and it's showing correctly for me now.
