SNR Reset request

Hi there,

Would a kind Plusnet staffer reset my line please? It looks like the line's been banded due to noise on the line a month or so ago. The offending noise has been taken care of, but speed hasn't fully recovered.

Sure thing, I've raised the request now for your line to be reset which should go through within 3 working days. 

Let us know how your speed looks after then. Smiley

Thanks for your quick response, and your great service. As always, you're always quick on the case whenever I have an issue - which thankfully isn't that often. I'll update you on the speed as soon as the reset goes through.
