I am confused about what calls are free (60 mins included in anytime package).
The Plusnet website mentions:
===============
Non-geographical numbers (0845 & 0870) Inclusive at all times
(Calling cards, indirect access and dial-up Internet numbers are excluded)
================
Are 0300 numbers treated like 0845 - ie. they are inclusive at all times?
If so please can Plusnet update the details to say
===============
Non-geographical numbers (0845 0870 & 0300) Inclusive at all times
===============
Thanks
Tony

From OFCOM ( http://consumers.ofcom.org.uk/phone/numbering/what-are-03-numbers/ )
(My Bold)
Quote Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls.

If you go to the 'Here's the legal bit' dropdown on the main PlusNet product page https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/ then it does clearly define it
and also here https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/faqs/broadband-and-phone/ although strangely ( as you say Tony ) the tariff guide https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/tariffs/anytime/ doesn't!
Quote Anytime calls: Means calls to UK landlines beginning with 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870 at anytime (except calls to indirect access numbers (which include calling cards), dial-up Internet access and calls longer than 60 minutes).
