Hi there,
I recently switched to Plusnet from BT but my Caller ID is no longer working despite my Plusnet account showing it being as active.
I've seen numerous posts on the forum reporting such an issue.
Please could someone help me with this.

Fixed! Go to the fix.

I'm sorry to hear your caller display is not working.
I've arranged for that to be fixed and it should be activated within 24 hours.
