I reported a landline fault and through the chatbot/text system I was given an engineer appointment. But either the fault has been fixed or has corrected itself – what is the best or quickest way to cancel the appointment, or contact number? Thanks in advance.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Ring plusnet and and ask about your fault. You cannot ring Openreach directly regarding a fault.

I suspect the 'fault' might have had something to do with Scotland being battered by storms!
