Hi,

How do I unsubscribe from automated emails reminding me about my "Home Phone call credit threshold"/

We use around 10% of our "credit" (it's not really credit) per month so don't need them.

Hey there @remikz unfortunately as they are all automated and sent out, we can't stop it from happening. I am sorry about that.

Sure you can stop them; you need to add the ability to unsubscribe to the code that sends these marketing emails out.

How quickly can you do that please?

The PSTN network is being switched off in the next 2 years and Plusnet are not providing a VoIP replacement.

I cannot imagine that additional features like this would be considered.
