An error has occurred

Please could someone from Plusnet take a look at my account and clear the below error? Possibly something to do with a Call Feature change request. Currently my account is pretty much locked down.

Fix

It looks like it's taken longer than usual for the change to be updated in the billing system, but we've manually pushed things through, so the error message should now have cleared. 

The call feature should be ready to use within the next 24 hours.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
