I used to get a monthly referral fee credited to my account, after referring a friend to plusnet bb.
When my May 2024 bill came around, the referral fee was no longer on there.
This maybe due to a [-Censored-] up by plusnet over my referral person moving house at the start of May, where instead of her account being moved, it got cancelled (along with a hefty cancellation fee), even though the correct house move procedure was followed. That matter was resolved and is now fine.
However, the referral fee has not been reinstated.
Can this be looked into please?

@pete13 Hiya, I understand what's your saying, it makes sense what you mean and I'm sorry for the mixup. Can you ask your friend to call or message to say that "I had a referral and I want my new account to show that it's been referred by my friend *your username*"
That way we can add it back on so you get the credit, would that be OK?

How do I edit my original post to remove account specifics? "Post Options" doesn't give me an edit option and I can't see any other edit links.
