Hi,
Due to what was classed as a Major Outage i was without any broadband service for nearly two weeks , as from August 16th.I did ring up Plusnet and report the fault and was given a ticket number but nothing has been updated..
Does anyone know if i am entitled to compensation for the total loss of my broadband connection and how do i apply for any compensation ? Thanks for any help.
