@Canale1991 If you are calling from the phone number registered on the account, then sometimes the IVR can do 'odd' things.
@jab1 wont have that problem because he doesnt have a PN account.
Try withholding your number. On a landline , dial 1470 before the number, on a mobile I think its #31# before the number ( but not sure )

Hadn't thought of that, @MisterW - maybe that could explain the odd times this has happened before.

It does route the call differently when it detects a call from the registered number. TBH it should still work but if there's a 'glitch' in the system then withhiolding MAY work.

For info, I just tried calling from the number registered on my account and certainly got the IVR menu.
Ah! just thought @Canale1991 is the reason you are calling billing that your account has a payment failure ?
I think calling from the registered number MAY cause a call to be routed straight to billing.
