Double Bill, so to speak...

Last month, the bill from Plusnet for my broadband and line rental was £17.70. According to a email they sent me yesterday, the amount I'm due this month is almost twice as much. Could someone explain why this is, please?

@Macrombie When does your current contract expire?

Billing error, or has it always been £17ish.

Have you had referrals which reduced your bill that have now gone?
Was a member for years, but moved from PN fttc to fttp from an AltNet. Getting 940Mb up and down. Happy to stay on here and try to help others. 

@Macrombie When you actually get the invoice, check page 2, which has a full breakdown of the charges.
