No reward card

I haven't received a email about my reward card yet

Hey @Erin21,

Typically, it should take up to 10 days from when your account goes live for the first email to be sent, allowing you to claim the reward. However, I have checked our suppliers' systems and found no emails sent. I have raised this issue with our billing operations team, and I will update you via a ticket on your account once I have more information

@Erin21 Typically responses for the billing operation team are within 5 working days or so.

Should be sooner, but can take up to 5.

 

Once @Marsh has had the response I am sure they will inform you.
