Random bill increase

Hello

I've been on the same contract for 17 months but for some reason my most recent bill has increased to 34.98 a month from 30.32. I don't know why this is as I'm still in contract and it's not the March CPI increase either.

Thanks

Ben

Re: Random bill increase

@benrichings Could you possibly be on an 18th month contract? You pay in advance for the following month so maybe you've got to the end.

Re: Random bill increase

Yes I am. The contract ends mid February so maybe that's what it is. It would be nice if it was explained on the bill! Thanks.

Re: Random bill increase

This would have been explained in the documentation when the contract was taken out.

Re: Random bill increase

Hi @benrichings it sounds like this is exactly what @RealAleMadrid

It all depends on your billing date and your contract end date. Sometimes if these don't match then the discounts will be pro-rata for the last month.

You'll be able to see the dates of the discounts on your itemised bill.
