I have just renewed my Contract with Plusnet on 7/7/24 for Unlimited Fibre @ £25.99 a month plus Anytime Call Package @ £11.30 a month, which comes to £37.29 a month & have 2 contracts sent to me stating this.
I looked today at my Account today & it states Unlimited Fibre @ £28.63 plus my Anytime Call Plan @ £11.30 with a total of £39.93.
Why have Plusnet upped my Contract of 7/72024 by £2.64 in a day, which equates to £31.68 extra a year.
I have a copy of the contract saved.
I would like it returned it to the Contract Prices I agreed to on 7/7/24 of £37.29 a month.
I have also noted the latest information about my contract states no estimated speeds, yet my contract states between 38-40Mb downloads with a minimum of 29Mb & 8-10Mb uploads.
When I rang yesterday & spoke to a Plusnet agent, he was so rude I also raised a complaint about him.
Plusnet used to be so helpful & pleasant & get prices right. What has happened to them?
