I’m a new customer and used my parent’s username for the referral, however they didn’t receive any notification regarding the referral and their bill doesn’t seem to have reduced. Could someone please advise?

Referral credits are not paid until the first monthly bill following service commencement.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Nor is there any notification when a referral is stopped after a mistake by PlusNet.

Thanks, I was able to see the referral when I logged in and checked the relevant section in my parents Plusnet account

Sorry to butt in on this, where do you see the referrals on an account? I have logged into my Dad's account and can't see any mention.

Thank you. It seems my name is not on my Dad's referral list. Will have to take it up with PN, but will also wait until after my first DD payment has been taken to see if it magically appears on his account.
