Request to setup DD

Although I have paid my final bill I've now been asked to reinstate my Direct Debit. Has anyone else had this experience?

@amuckelt32 This is usually in case we need to credit the account. Just to check is this for mobile or Broadband?

It's for Broadband. The site won't let me reinsate the Direct Debit anyway now, presumably because treh account is closing.
