can someone from customer service please help ? No cheque

Good morning
I can't call the phone number so I am posting here relating to question 221194664 I was due to have a cheque sent in 14 days - it has now been a month I gave an extra two weeks (in case of covid etc.) but nothing
Please can someone look into this ?

I'm really sorry that you haven't yet received your cheque, thank you for allowing extra time for it to reach you but it definitely does sound like it's lost!
