My previous 18-month contract was due to lapse 6 June 2023, and was replaced by a 24-month contract on 24 May 2023.
However, my bill for June 2023 reverted to a higher charge regime, and I suspect that I am due a credit. How should I proceed ? (the order via Question #234095413 has been closed).
