Hey there,
Can someone let me know what exactly is delaying my phone & fibre activation? Every step seems to be generating an error through BTW and I'm starting to get a little concerned at this stage.

Good morning @kwhelpton, thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm really sorry for the delayed response, and for the delay in getting your services up and running.
So I've just had a look into the account, and can see that the first order we put in to restart the stopped line at the address needed to be cancelled, and then re-issued.
The initial order did not progress because it encountered what we call a LORN matching delay, meaning the phone and broadband orders did not match up in our supplier's system, in order to progress simultaneously.
not to worry, the orders have been replaced, and have progressed successfully, your services will be going live on 22/07/2022, this Friday
