Do Customer Services ever answer the phone? Query about delay to order.

Hi, I sent an order to Plusnet yesterday and today received a text to say my broadband will be delayed. No details given, just phone numbers. I've tried all day to get through and am sick of listening to George Ezra singing about Tiger Lily! Has anybody had a similar experience? I'm tempted to cancel my order as I am within the cooling off period. Is this a one off or symptomatic of the service Plusnet provides?

@Wren10 Welcome to the forums. That looks like an automated response from the 'system'. Hopefully one of the PN Help team will pick this up fairly soon and try and get more detail, but it most likely is due to a records screw-up.

I've had the same problem. I've been trying to get through for 2 days. I know they are busy and am prepared to hang on, but I eventually get cut off - every time! How do you get to speak to someone?
