Just orderd bradband upgrade.

Hi. just orderd a bb update to faster bb and the moment and i paid for the router delivery went through my bb was cut off even though new bb will not be ready until 16th. also i did this online . can anyone help??? thanks .

Thanks a lot for getting in touch @paul1362 and I'm really sorry to hear that you're having problems with your service at the moment. I've just checked out the account and it looks like you've been in touch with our Technical Support Team, and a fault has been found on the line. I've reviewed the fault and can see that Openreach are wanting to arrange an engineer visit. 

When you have a moment, please could you pop a note on the open fault ticket as to when you'll be free for an engineer visit. Appointments are between Monday - Friday, either 8AM - 1PM, or 1PM - 6PM.
