No router

So my go live date was 19/8/22 and I have not had my router I have tried to call them all day no one answer’s same as live chat.how do you go about speaking to some one!!!!!

If you can private message me your full address then I will arrange for a replacement to be sent. I'd just like to check we have the correct details because we've already shipped one router as per my post here.

If you click on Bob Pullen's name in his response above, you will have a new page open up. The option to private message him will be on the right hand side in a grey box. Hope that helps.
