Responding to Question Tickets

Can anyone tell me how to reply on a Question thread with tech team?  There doesn't seem to be anything to click on to let me respond.

Re: Responding to Question Tickets

@dalea23 Welcome to the forums. It is a while since I had one of those, but IIRC, there is a field at the bottom of the ticket to add a reply.

@dalea23

First make sure you are logged into your PN Members portal.

Then, with the ticket open there should be an "Add a response" link at the bottom - I've just done one. This assumes the ticket is still Open (or on hold).

Re: Responding to Question Tickets

Thanks, @bmc . Not having any tickets of any kind, I was working from (failing) memory.😀

Re: Responding to Question Tickets

Just re-checked.  There is not actually an "Add a response" link anywhere on the whole page.  The question is on hold while I'm waiting for an update - but I think I should still be able to add my own feedback. I was able to do this once before (a few days ago).  Link has disappeared.   Mysterious.

Re: Responding to Question Tickets

@dalea23 I have a ticket 'on hold' and there is a link right at the end in blue 'I need to add more details'

Re: Responding to Question Tickets

@dalea23 Can you post a picture of the bottom of you ticket - make sure you don't post any personal info, though?

Re: Responding to Question Tickets

Fix

Hi John.  Problem sorted out now.  It seems that a duplicate ticket had been created and the one I was looking at had been closed.  I can now access the other one and there is a "I need to add more details" link.

Many thanks for trying to help : )
