Let me check. If I can borrow a router from my friend, will the Plusnet router still be delivered? Or missed?

@MisterW Post 13 suggests to  me that PN have missed placing the Hub despatch order, for some reason?

It does!. Another missing router thread appeared this morning. Hopefully Bob will respond to your tag. If not I'll escalate this and the other thread.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I have found my old router: Netgear R7800

In router admin page:

"PPPoE DSL Internet Connection Detected"

It requires User Name and Password.

Seems not working.

@kel1 look at pages 26 & 27 of the R7800 manual .

Select Yes for Does my internet connection require a login.

Select PPPoE and enter username and password. Username is your plusnet accountname followed by @plusdsl.net and the password is the one used to login to the member centre. You selected your accountname ( and password ) during the signup.

Leave all the other settings as default.

That should then connect

It works! Thanks a lot!!

 

After the new router arrives, I can try to compare it with the old router.
