Does anyone know what might be happening? And if there's anything I can do to resolve this? Thank you.

It's possible that your other WiFi devices are connected to the 2.4ghz band ( rather than the 5ghz) which will limit the speed.
As for the ethernet connected device , is the cable a cat5e or better ? If it's only cat5 it will be limited to 100Mb

And the cable will only help if the PC has a GbE ethernet port (or higher) in the first place. If it only has a 10/100 ethernet port then it's not going to matter what cable you use, you'll still max out at ~100mbps.

@Chloesianf @MisterW Rather than the Category of ethernet cable (Cat 5 or 5e) it must have 4 pairs to work at 1Ghz. I have cat 5 patch cables with 4 pairs (i.e. all 8 RJ45 connector pins in use), I also have 2 pair Cat 5e cables that will limit the speed to 100Mbps.

Change 'PC' to 'device'?
Examples. The latest Freesat boxes have 100Mb ethernet. Yealink W70B is 100Mb ethernet.
(Although it is quite likely that this h/w limitation will not impact on current and immediate future performance. Esp VoIP?)

This was exactly the problem!
Found the setting on PS5 to change to 5ghz and that solved the problem there.
The cable was pretty old and second hand so I have no idea what cat it was, but the new one I ordered was cat8 and now we're getting 531mbps on the PC.
The other phone is quite old as well but should still get up to 300mbps, however after a bit of googling we found out it's a DNS issue and there's an app that can fix it, but there's not much point as this phone isn't used for much.
