As per the other thread I've replied to, we're already looking into this. Sorry that your vouchers haven't been received but please show some respect to the forum moderators and follow the forum rules.

I understand you're frustrated, however we're trying to help and having more than 1 thread about the same issue doesn't make it easy to stay on top of the problem. I've just replied to the thread in 'Other Queries' with some more information.
