The broadband service is now being transferred to the 21C Network.
The transfer will complete by midnight on 18/01/2013.
So can I be sure that my service will remain unchanged?

It's just ticket autotext, not sure why it's popped up though as your upload is indeed already uncapped? That hasn't changed anything though, don't worry - the uncap is still in place

The order currently placed has the upstream set to uncapped so won't change that once it completes at all.
