In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I contacted my letting agency and they said there's no working phone line at this address.

That pretty much confirms my suspicion that the line registered at your address on our suppliers systems is incorrect and actually physically provided somewhere else.
Leave this with me and I'll get an order placed for a new line install asap.
