Will this usage increase for "Legacy Plusnet Premium" have any effect on other legacy accounts?
Specifically doubling the allowance on BBYW packages?

No, just Premium.

Re: options beyond 60Gb per month?

Hi all,
Just to give you a quick update on what's happening. I've been testing the changes in our development area for the increase in usage on the Premium product this week and everything has been fine so I've created a change control to make the changes on the live platform. Once I've been authorised to make the change I'll be doing it early next week. Existing Premium customers will see their usage allowance increase first and we'll post back when the change is done to let you know how to switch over.

Re: options beyond 60Gb per month?

Thanks Dave, that's good news. Will existing Premium customers see the change take effect mid billing cycle?  I ask because I'm getting very close to my limit this month.

Re: options beyond 60Gb per month?

Hi Bob,
Yes, it'll happen mid billing cycle. As an added bonus, if any users affected are restricted it'll unrestrict them (until they hit the new limit of course).

Re: options beyond 60Gb per month?

Excellent news - this should give me enough margin to hang on until the product refresh comes out.  I was being pushed towards jumping ship.

As a gesture of goodwill what about increasing the Value allowance a little?

BTW, I regularly go over 500GB.

....and just think,on a Market 1 exchange on Value that would cost £2462.99 per month !!

Yeah, just doing the finishing touches to stuff and working on how people request it, writing the emails to existing Premium customers etc. Will post the link to get it by the end of the week.

Yup.  My broadband usage page is now showing 120GB as my limit.
Way to go guys!
