Just to give you a quick update on what's happening. I've been testing the changes in our development area for the increase in usage on the Premium product this week and everything has been fine so I've created a change control to make the changes on the live platform. Once I've been authorised to make the change I'll be doing it early next week. Existing Premium customers will see their usage allowance increase first and we'll post back when the change is done to let you know how to switch over.

Yes, it'll happen mid billing cycle. As an added bonus, if any users affected are restricted it'll unrestrict them (until they hit the new limit of course).
