Please Help Someone!

Morning, so Plusnet were sending me emails to tell me my webmail was getting close to it's limit and I needed to delete some messages - the email said I had used 75% - I filed it in my brain to do and I've logged in this morning and THEY HAVE ALL GONE! 

No inbox, saved folders - literally nothing!

I am gutted, I had so many saved essential emails on there for everything for the kids, my life - everything

Is there any way I can get them all back - of course if I promise to delete loads and bring me back to a reasonable level?

I am trying not to lose my mind

Please help

This can take up to 72 hours to be progressed.

Hi, thank you… it’s been in archived and I deleted literally loads but it’s been archived again 😩😩😩 I’ll have to be more ruthless with what I keep clearly! Can you pretty please request it to be unarchived again and I’ll delete loads more, promise! Is there anyway I can pay for more webmail allowance please?

From what I can see we've not archived it yet. 

Can you advise where we've said it's archived?

Unfortunately there is no way to get a bigger allowance

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Hello, thank you for replying so promptly. It was archived this morning - so I was being quite quick in my request 🙊I’ve had no notification but all my saved email boxes are gone

I'm afraid we're not still seeing any evidence of this on our end but I can see we've recently sent you a warning advising you've used 75% of your capacity.

 

How do you normally access your e-mails? 

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Gone where?

In webmail or in your IMAP client?  There is a possibility that your IMAP client has screwed up its sync status with the server and shows no mail items in the mailbox.  I have seen this on multiple occasions with iOS mail.  Either it sorts itself out, or you need to drop the mail account on the client and set it up again.

The acid test is what do you see in webmail - check ALL folders.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
