The 'error log' will show everything - but it can be a bit of a slog. Note, this is only from observation of other examples I've seen, never had one myself.

Thanks guys but it is late now. I will continue tomorrow, but I am convinced it is a router problem

Two screen shots using nslookup and telnet (to target ports to determine the end-to-end three-way handshake is working)
And showing some DNS oddities?

My immediate perception is that the hosting has been moved to Amazon cloud services.
I could be wrong. But obviously it hasn't worked, whatever happened.

Just reached your site today, just after midnight, and no problem at all 🤔
Hopefully looks like what the problem was has been fixed 👍🏻

@bryanuk More confusion.
I’ve just tried your website and got the following from Go Daddy :
The domain hcbridgeclub.co.uk is registered, but may still be available. It’s parked free, courtesy of GoDaddy.com

@greygit1 I see you’re responding to another thread also involving GO Daddy
Failure to connect to a supplier website. Could the two be connected ?

port forward on router
The screen shot on this post just shows the creation of the port forward ruled named as "U3Abridge" with inbound port 90 mapped to port 100.
Have you applied the rule to the target device?
For you Application would be U3Abridge; device would the hostname of the server.
Reminder, Hub One does not respond to ICMP (ping) and can not be enabled, unlike the Hub 2 which can be.
On the server can you see it's IP port 100 in state LISTEN for connections using netstat -ant command in terminal window

Just tried again this morning and still working fine here!!
I have a third party router using Google DNS servers (also on a fixed IP address) - maybe this has some bearing on your problem?

I doubt that connections are going nowhere near your Plusnet fixed IP address.
The domain name hcbridgeclub.co.uk managed by Go Daddy points to 3.33.130.190 and 15.197.148.33 which are both Amazon Technologies Inc platforms - that is NOT PLUSNET's IP addresses.
I suggest that you have been looking in the wrong direction: Why is Go Daddy not pointing your domain name to your Plusnet fixed IP address?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Hi,
Yes the target device is looking at port 100 to divert to the web page index file.
If I connect locally to port 100 on the NAS, the wen p[age loads ok.
This morning I have run a 'canyouseeme.org test on 31.125.40.93 on ports 80,90, 100 and all report closed. The router is not letting anything through. I had the Router firewall switched off at the time.
I just dont understand why the ports are suddenly closed.

i,
I think that is the A list entries in the Go Daddy config. I have now deleted them, however, after a long conversation with Godaddy, in which i got nowhere, i reinstated the config that has worked for the last 2 years, mainly that I use the forwarding option in godaddy.
This is set to forward to http://31.125.40.93:90
I used this (on advice from godady a long time ago because in A list you cannot put a port number to be addressed.
I hope I am making sense as this is not my area of expertise!
