Problem with line

I joined Plusnet around 3 weeks ago. I've had emails saying I've joined, I have an account and I even have my first bill sent to me for next month. My order status has been stuck on 'there is a problem with your line, someone will be in touch with you soon' for over a week, but I have heard nothing. Can someone let me know what's going on? Thank you

Hi @dcurphey,

I'm really sorry for the delay to your start with us. I've had a look into this today and I've made some changes, meaning you should now be up and running. Please could you try setting your router up, or rebooting it if it's already setup, to see if this kickstarts the connection?
