Accidentally cancelled direct debit, try to set up the direct debit online, but system error

Log into my account, bill/payment to add the new payment methods.
However, there is error appear, cant go to set up page,
Please kindly advise.

Hi @hendon36 this is something we're unable to do on the Forums. What error is it you're seeing?
If you're still getting the error, you may need to give our Customer Service team a call and they can set this up for you.
