On the flip side! When I call anyone asking for help or to sort a problem I always try to be as calm and polite as possible, as I always think if I were on the other end of the phone (doing your job) and some moaning <snip> was giving me abuse I'd make a note of it in their users 'notes' section for all to see

If you're wondering....
If customers are abusive, we might put a flag on the account. But then we also send warnings to the customer in question.
If they're a bit shouty then we don't really do anything.
