On the flip side! When I call anyone asking for help or to sort a problem I always try to be as calm and polite as possible, as I always think if I were on the other end of the phone (doing your job) and some moaning <snip> was giving me abuse I'd make a note of it in their users 'notes' section for all to see Wink that way they'd have the heads up when dealing with that person!!!

If you're wondering....
If customers are abusive, we might put a flag on the account. But then we also send warnings to the customer in question.
If they're a bit shouty then we don't really do anything.
